Harald Eberhard

Harald Eberhard serves as Professor at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law within the Faculty of Law, University of Vienna. Based at Schottenbastei 10-16 (Juridicum), 6th Floor, Room 642, he maintains active teaching and research operations with consultation hours by appointment.

His research expertise spans:

• Austrian constitutional law with emphasis on state organisation
• Austrian administrative law covering general principles and legal remedies
• Constitutional-administrative law interfaces with European Union frameworks
• European constitutional systems
• International and comparative public law dynamics

Prof. Eberhard currently schedules oral constitutional law examinations for October 2025, supported by a dedicated team of six university assistants and a two-person secretariat handling administrative coordination Monday through Friday.
