Haoning Xi

Dr. Haoning Xi is a Research Fellow at the University of Sydney Business School's Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies. She holds a PhD from UNSW Sydney, with co-cultivation at CSIRO Data61, and completed her Master's at Tsinghua University and Bachelor's at Central South University. Her research focuses on Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), sustainable urban transport, and algorithmic optimization in transportation systems.

Research interests:
Dr. Xi specializes in operations research, data mining, and discrete choice modeling. Her work addresses challenges in MaaS implementation, carbon emissions reduction, and electric vehicle integration. Recent projects include designing MaaS blueprints for regional towns and rural areas, and optimizing resource allocation in shared mobility platforms.
