Prof. Hans Westerhoff is an Honorary Professor at the University of Amsterdam’s Division of Evolution, Infection and Genomics. His research focuses on systems biology, metabolic pathways, and cellular metabolism, with contributions to understanding inflammation, microbial ecosystems, and drug metabolism. He has published over 80 articles and holds the ISSB Fellowship (2014).
