Hans-Martin Jaeger is an Associate Professor and Chair in the Department of Political Science at Carleton University. He holds a Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Konstanz, an MA from Rutgers, and a PhD from Columbia. His research explores international political theory and sociology, global governance, international organizations, and postfoundational political thought. Jaeger is currently working on a book project examining concepts of world order (nomos, governmentality, pluriversality) as responses to global crises.
His publications critically analyze topics such as post-neoliberal governmentality, political ontology, and the depoliticization of global governance. Jaeger has taught as a visiting professor at the University of Lucerne and previously at the University of Central Florida.
