About
Hans Eklund is a Senior Lecturer in Jurisprudence and Associate Professor in Procedural Law at Uppsala University's Department of Law. He serves as Vice Dean for Education, Course Director for the advanced course Crime and Criminal Cases (with Lena Holmqvist), and previously held the role of Director of Studies for the Law Program (1998-2011).
His research focuses on procedural law, legal education, children's rights, and judicial processes. Key areas include the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, problem-based learning (PBL), inhibition (legal suspension), and the evolution of court administration in Sweden.
