Hannes Ritschel

Prof. Dr. Hannes Ritschel holds a professorship for Organ Art - Creativity Concepts - AI at the University of Music Würzburg, created under the Hightech Agenda Bayern for the winter semester 2023/2024. His research focuses on exploring creativity in musical contexts through artificial intelligence, with a particular emphasis on developing new interaction concepts for the Hyper Organ at the university. As both an organist and computer scientist, he collaborates with the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt on joint research projects.

His office is located in Hofstallstraße Building, Room H U 008, and his work includes enhancing organ playing with digital aids and multimedia content.
