Hannah Kane is a Lecturer in Fashion Marketing at the London College of Fashion (LCF), part of the University of the Arts London. She holds a permanent fractional (part-time) academic position, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in marketing, branding, and communications. Her expertise spans content creation (written/visual), public relations, social media strategy, and brand storytelling. Beyond academia, she is Managing Director of marketing agency Hack Media and authored a forthcoming non-fiction book on style for Laurence King, due autumn 2023.
Her career combines legal studies, journalism, and media production. A LCF alumnus of the Postgraduate Certificate in Fashion and Lifestyle Journalism, she previously worked as a journalist at Time Out London, in broadcast production at CNN, and as a PR executive/consultant for fashion, tech, and leisure clients. She founded PHOENIX, an award-winning style/culture magazine (2010), producing hundreds of fashion shoots featuring music artists and cultural icons. Her work bridges academic research, industry practice, and creative publishing.
