Hannah Bradwell

Dr. Hannah Bradwell is a Digital Health Research Fellow at the University of Plymouth's Centre for Health Technology, specializing in designing and evaluating technologies for health and social care. Her research employs co-design methodologies with end-users, particularly focusing on older adults in care homes and coastal communities. Key projects include ICONIC (Intergenerational Codesign), GOALD (Generating Older Active Lives Digitally), and EPIC (eHealth Productivity and Innovation in Cornwall).

Her publications demonstrate strong focus on assistive technologies for elderly care (40%), virtual reality interventions (25%), and health equity (20%). Recent work explores extended reality for cultural access in care homes, virtual reality treadmills for physical activity, and digital toolkits for active aging.
