Hank Dickenson

Hank Dickenson is an Adjunct Professor in the Media Arts Department at the University of North Texas (UNT), teaching Sports Broadcasting. He currently serves as Director of Membership for the Denton Chamber of Commerce, leveraging over 25 years of experience in UNT Athletics, where he held roles such as Deputy Athletic Director (2006-2015) and Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director/Community Engagement (2016-2020). He retired from full-time athletics duty in 2020 but continues part-time broadcast work with the Mean Green Sports Network.

His career highlights include establishing Mean Green Sports Properties, managing naming rights for Apogee Stadium, and overseeing corporate fundraising. He has also been active in community organizations, including serving as President of the 2021 Serve Denton Board, Salvation Army Advisory Board member, and North Texas Fair and Rodeo Association Board member.
