Hang Do

Dr. Hang Do is a Principal Teaching Fellow in Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at the University of Southampton's Southampton Business School. She serves as Programme Director for the MSc in International Entrepreneurship and Management, UG Senior Tutor for BSc Entrepreneurship and Business Management, and Study Abroad Coordinator. Her research focuses on SME internationalisation, innovation management, and sustainability, with notable projects on Brexit's impact, CSR in crises, and global supply chains. She leads the Entrepreneurial Resilience Lab and mentors doctoral students in Vietnam and across Europe. Dr. Do holds a PhD from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), with 15+ years of experience in research and teaching. She has secured significant funding from Innovate UK and the Swiss National Science Foundation. Awards include the SUSU 'Most Engaging Lecturer' commendation and leadership roles in international academies.
