Dr. Haluk Cetin is a Professor in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Murray State University (MSU), serving as Director of the Hyperspectral Laboratory and KentuckyView (a member of AmericaView). He holds leadership roles in academic and professional organizations, including Coordinator of the AmericaView Water Quality Group and Project Manager for the International Charter on Space and Major Disasters.
