Haley Ault is an Assistant Professor of Counselor Education at the University of South Florida’s College of Education, holding credentials as a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional School Counselor (TN). She earned her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Tennessee and previously practiced as a school counselor in Knoxville.
Research Focus: Her scholarship centers on three interconnected pillars:
- Developing school counselor leadership identity
- Advancing counseling methodologies for underserved communities
- Innovating assessment and evaluation frameworks in educational counseling
