Haley Armstrong

Dr. Haley Armstrong serves as an Associate Professor and Director of Bands at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. She leads the wind ensemble, jazz ensemble, and university band, while coordinating musical activities. Her roles include conducting, music education, and interdisciplinary research. Prior to her academic position, she served in the U.S. Air Force Band, holding leadership roles such as Commander of the AF Band of the Pacific and Officer in Charge of the Airmen of Note.
