Hai Nguyen

Dr. Hai Nguyen is an Associate Professor in Tourism and Events at the University of Greenwich's School of Management and Marketing within the Faculty of Business. She brings extensive international academic experience from institutions including Hue University (Vietnam), School of Travel Industry Management (USA), NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands), Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Macau University of Science and Technology.

Her research focuses on tourist behaviors within diverse cultural contexts, with special emphasis on Vietnam tourism development, heritage tourism experiences, special event management, and destination management strategies. She maintains active research collaborations across multiple countries and cultural contexts.
