Haeng-Sun KIM is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Jeju National University (South Korea). She holds a PhD from the École des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS) completed in 2016. Her research focuses on international trade, finance, and Asian economic systems, particularly analyzing institutional changes and capitalist diversity in Asia. She contributed to the FFJ’s INCAS project with a Discussion Paper on firm-level exporting decisions under uncertainty. Currently affiliated with the France-Japan Foundation’s Axis 1 on 'Diversity of Capitalism,' her work bridges theoretical economics with empirical analyses of Asian markets.
