HALUK RAHMİ TOPCUOĞLU

Prof. Haluk Rahmi Topcuoğlu is a Full Professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Marmara University since 1999. His research focuses on parallel algorithm design, multicore computing, evolutionary algorithms, and dynamic optimization problems. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Syracuse University (1999), an M.S. from Boğaziçi University (1991), and a B.S. from Boğaziçi University (1993).
