Dr. H. Kevin Fulk is an Associate Professor of Information Systems in the School of Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, and Business Law at Western Carolina University's College of Business. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, an MBA from the University of Kansas, and a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston.
