H. David Rosenbloom

H. David Rosenbloom is the James S. Eustice Visiting Professor of Taxation and Director of the International Tax Program at New York University School of Law. With a distinguished career spanning academia, government service, and international advisory roles, he specializes in cross-border taxation, tax treaties, and global tax policy.
