Gábor Bakos is a Lecturer at the Department of Intermedia, Hungarian University of Fine Arts, active since 1995. Born in Budapest (1969), he holds diplomas in Painting (1992) and Intermedia (1994) from the Hungarian College of Fine Arts, preceded by photography studies at the Secondary School of Fine and Applied Arts (1983-1987).
His artistic practice spans intermedia, digital prints, photography, and installations, with recurring themes of desire, spatial perception, and experimental aesthetics. Major projects include the long-term Personal Press Project (PPP) exploring the aesthetics of personal action.
