Guzman Ourens is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Tilburg University's Tilburg School of Economics and Management (TiSEM). His office is located in Room K 353, and he can be contacted via G.Ourens@tilburguniversity.edu. He holds a PhD in Economics from UCLouvain.
His research examines how globalization reshapes economies through:

Recent publications (2016-2022) demonstrate strong thematic focus on immigration-wage dynamics, trade liberalization effects, and structural economic transformation. Methodologically, his work combines theoretical modeling with empirical analysis of sectoral productivity and labor flows.
