Guven Gebetas

Guven Gebetas is a Teaching Associate at Queen Mary University of London's School of Business and Management, where he teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses. He holds an MSc in Behavioural Finance (2017) and a BA in Economics (2016) from Queen Mary and Bahçeşehir University, respectively. Currently pursuing a PG Cert in Academic Practice (expected 2024) to attain Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) status.

His research focuses on Fintech, innovation, and quantitative finance, with a particular emphasis on data science applications in financial research. He advises fintech firms since 2022 and serves as a visiting lecturer at The University of Law's Business School and Global Banking School. Active in professional communities like the CQF Institute and CFA UK Society.

Teaching responsibilities include the postgraduate module BUS224: International Corporate Reporting. His career bridges academia and industry, leveraging management consulting experience to enrich pedagogy.
