Gus Greivel

Gus Greivel is a Teaching Professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Statistics at the Colorado School of Mines. He holds a PhD, MS, and BS in Mathematical and Computer Sciences from the same institution. His research focuses on STEM education, operations research, statistical modeling, and scheduling optimization. He has received numerous awards for teaching excellence and institutional contributions, including the 2022 Newmont Equity Faculty Fellow and the 2018 Mines Teaching Award.
