Dr. Gunjan Joshi is an Assistant Professor of Business and Spirituality at the Center for Entrepreneurship, Governance & Stewardship. Her research focuses on the interplay between employability, career development, and spirituality, emphasizing sustainable development through people-centric practices. She holds a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (2020), with a focus on handicraft workers' employability in India. Previously, she served as a Visiting Fellow at Nyenrode Business University (2022–2023). Her work explores how spiritual beliefs influence career choices and professional well-being, with notable contributions to green employability and ethical employability frameworks.
