Gun Annika Viola Bodemar is an Associate Professor in Sport Management at the Department of Sport and Social Sciences, Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. Her research focuses on leadership dynamics, agency, and conformity in sports organizations, with a particular emphasis on aspiring leaders at major sporting events. She teaches leadership and event management, integrating critical management studies and qualitative methodologies into her pedagogy.
