Guilhem LECOUTEUX

Guilhem Lecouteux is a lecturer in Economic Sciences at the School of Economics and Management, University of the Côte d'Azur. He is affiliated with the Research Group in Law, Economics, Management (GREDEG), the PHICC Pole (History of Ideas, Cognition, and Complexity), and the MED Team (Modelization, Experimentation, Decisions).

His research explores behavioral economics through experimental approaches, focusing on context-dependent preferences, normative economic theory, and policy design using behavioral insights. Recent work examines post-pandemic urban mobility patterns, health behavior nudges, and philosophical foundations of welfare economics.

Guilhem coordinates the TINCORIJ project (2021-2023) on risky behavior prevention and leads the Master's in Innovation in Business and Society. He also serves as a Project Manager for International Relations at EUR ELMI and participates in university governance as an elected member of the Academic Council (2018-2023) and Finance Commission (2021-2023).
