Dr. Guido Comparato is a Professor and Reader in Private Law at Birkbeck Law School, University of London, serving as Director of the LLM Programme in Commercial Law. He joined Birkbeck as a Lecturer in 2017, previously holding positions at Brunel University London and the European University Institute. He holds a PhD from the University of Amsterdam and has undertaken postdoctoral research at the Max Planck Institute and the European University Institute.
