Gudrun Sander

Gudrun Sander is a Senior Lecturer of Business Administration with a special emphasis on Diversity Management at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). She holds roles as Director of the Research Institute for International Management (FIM-HSG) since 2021 and Director of the Competence Centre for Diversity, Disability, and Inclusion (CCDI). Her research focuses on Gender and Diversity Management, Diversity Benchmarking, and Inclusive Leadership. She actively engages in academia-industry partnerships to advance diversity practices in organizations.
