Gro Ellen Mathisen

Gro Ellen Mathisen is Professor of Organizational Psychology at the University of Stavanger’s Faculty of Social Sciences. She served as Dean from 2016-2020 and has industry experience in HR and HSE within oil and gas. Her research investigates creative work climates, leadership, workplace harassment, and psychosocial risks.
