Grethe Ingebrigtsvold Sæbø

Grethe Ingebrigtsvold Sæbø is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education at the University of Agder (UiA). Her work bridges educational counseling, psychology, and school development. She holds a Cand.polit in Educational Counseling from NTNU, specializing in performance appraisal. Her career includes roles as a counselor in Molde municipality and NAV, alongside extensive teaching and research experience in higher education.

Dr. Sæbø’s research focuses on professional learning communities, critical reflection in schools, and systemic approaches to school development. She co-led the School-In project, which developed methodologies for inclusive school environments. Her recent publications emphasize fostering reflective practices among educators and organizational structures supporting inclusive education.
