Gregory Sisk

Gregory Sisk is an Associate Dean for Research, Pio Cardinal Laghi Distinguished Chair in Law, and Professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He co-directs the Terrence J. Murphy Institute for Catholic Thought, Law, and Business. Sisk holds a JD from the University of Washington Law School and a BA from Montana State University.

His notable works include the treatise Litigation With the Federal Government and the novel Marital Privilege. He has been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court and received the 1999 Law and Society Association Article Prize.

Teaching includes Civil Procedure and Supervised Research & Writing. He actively contributes to legal academia and practice, including service on the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct Drafting Committee.
