Gregory Pavlov is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Western Ontario. His research focuses on microeconomic theory, mechanism design, and game theory applications to communication and market behavior.
Key areas include optimal auction/contract design, strategic information transmission in games, and oligopoly communication. Recent work studies customized good pricing and how mediation improves upon cheap talk in strategic environments.
