Gregory Meek, Ph.D., is a Lecturer in the Department of Counselor Education and School Psychology at the University of Central Florida (UCF), joining in 2023. He holds a B.S. in Psychology (1989) and M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology (1994) from James Madison University, and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education (2008) from the College of William & Mary.
His research focuses on relational processes in families, gender/sexuality issues, and postmodern theory integration in counseling practice. Teaching interests include mental health counseling, counseling theories, human development, and vocational psychology. Professional memberships include the American Counseling Association, Association for Counselor Education & Supervision, and Society for Sexual, Affectional, Intersex, and Gender Expansive Identities (SAIGE).
Certifications: NCC, LMHC (Florida), LPC (Virginia).
