Dr. Gregory Billy is an Associate Professor with dual appointments in the Departments of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Penn State University. He additionally serves as an Instructor in Health Policy and Administration and as Team Physician for Penn State Athletics. His academic background includes an MD from Penn State College of Medicine (1993), Internal Medicine internship at Reading Hospital and Medical Center (1994), and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore (1997).
