Greg Turk is a Professor in the School of Interactive Computing at the Georgia Institute of Technology since 1992. His academic journey includes a PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, postdoctoral research at Stanford University, and research scientist roles. He is affiliated with the GVU Center, Institute for People and Technology (IPaT), and Machine Learning (ML@GT).
Research Interests: Focuses on computer graphics, robotics, machine learning, biological simulation, and scientific visualization. Notable projects include fluid simulation, articulated body interaction, and robot-assisted dressing. He led the 2008 ACM SIGGRAPH Technical Papers Chair and received the 2012 Computer Graphics Achievement Award.
