Graham Symon is a Principal Lecturer in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour at the University of Greenwich, affiliated with the Faculty of Business and the Department of Management and Marketing. He joined the university in 2008 after teaching at the universities of Glasgow, Bedfordshire, and East London, and has extensive experience teaching at all levels of higher education.
Research Interests: His scholarly work focuses on employment policy, local governance, the welfare state, and welfare-to-work policy. These interests intersect with broader domains such as public administration, labor economics, and social policy.
Collaborations: He has worked on recent projects with Professor Ian Greer (University of Greenwich), as well as colleagues from Aalborg University (Denmark) and the University of Duisburg-Essen (Germany).
