Graham Penn is Professor of International Finance Law at University College London (UCL), a position held since 2012. Previously, he served as Visiting Professor of Corporate and International Finance Law at UCL (1991–2012). He is convenor of UCL's LLM in Corporate Law program and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
His expertise spans corporate finance, international banking regulation, structured financing, and securitisation. Graham has been consistently ranked among the world's leading legal practitioners, recognized for his 'superior legal knowledge' in complex financing structures.
