Graham Oakley

Graham Oakley is a Researcher at the Mississippi Water Resources Research Institute and a lifelong resident of Oktoc, Mississippi. Combining his farming background with technological expertise, he has contributed to agronomic crop research, precision agriculture, and drone technology development at Mississippi State University (MSU). Oakley earned his master's degree in 2021 and currently applies his agronomic crops background to water quality and quantity research.
