Graham Massey is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), based in the Marketing Discipline Group within the UTS Business School. He holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of New South Wales. His research focuses on cross-functional working relationships between Marketing, Sales, and R&D managers during new product development (NPD), emphasizing structural equation modeling and data from multiple managerial perspectives.
