Graeme J. Hankey AO is Clinical Professor and Perron Institute Chair in Stroke Research at the University of Western Australia. A world-renowned neurologist, his research spans stroke prevention, acute treatment trials, and epidemiology. With over 1,100 publications and 405,000+ citations, he leads international clinical trials and has received numerous awards including the American Stroke Association's Sherman Lecture Award.
His research focuses on novel anticoagulants, antiplatelet therapies, and neuroprotective strategies.
