Grace Gallucci is an Adjunct Professor at the McCormick School of Engineering, Northwestern University, and serves as Executive Director & CEO of the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA), a Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for greater Cleveland. She holds a Master of Science in Urban Studies from Cleveland State University and degrees in Public Administration and Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
Her career spans nearly 30 years in transportation finance and planning, with roles at the Chicago Regional Transportation Authority, Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, and Broward County, Florida. She teaches Proj_Mgt 483: Transportation Economics and Finance and has lectured at multiple institutions including Cleveland State University and Kent State University.
Ms. Gallucci chairs Vibrant NEO/Northeast Ohio Sustainability Communities Consortium, receiving the APA’s Daniel Burnham Award. She serves on boards for Cleveland Neighborhood Progress and the National Association of Regional Councils, and has advised the U.S. Department of Transportation. Her honors include Crain’s “40 under 40” and the Cleveland Foundation’s “Woman of Note” recognition.
