Gourab Sen Gupta

Professor Gourab Sen Gupta serves as Professor and College Director - International at Massey University's College of Sciences, where he also holds the position of Deputy Head and Academic Dean (Engineering and Food) within the School of Engineering and Advanced Technology. With over two decades of service since 2002, he actively supervises doctoral candidates and contributes to international academic leadership.

His educational journey includes a BEng from the University of Indore (1982), MEE from Technological University of Eindhoven (1984), and PhD in Computer Systems Engineering from Massey University (2009). His research expertise spans robotics sensor systems, embedded instrumentation, and practical applications in assistive living and agricultural technology, evidenced by 160+ publications, three authored books, and eight book chapters.
