Gordon Davidson

Gordon Davidson is a Lecturer in Law at Stanford Law School and a partner at Fenwick & West, where he advises high technology and life sciences companies (startups to Fortune 500) on corporate, securities, governance, and transactional matters. He has extensive experience in venture capital financings, IPOs, and M&A transactions valued at over $100 billion. He has taught venture capital, deals, and M&A at Stanford Law School and spoken at major legal institutes.
