Goran Fruk

Assoc. Prof. Goran Fruk serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Zagreb School of Agriculture, leading the Department of Pomology. With a PhD in Agricultural Science (2014), he specializes in postharvest physiology and sustainable fruit production.
