Glory M. Liu

Glory M. Liu serves as Assistant Director of the Center for Economy and Society and holds the rank of Research Professor at the SNF Agora Institute, Johns Hopkins University. She is affiliated with the Krieger School of Arts & Sciences. Her work bridges political theory, economic ideas, and historical analysis, focusing on American capitalist thought, economic inequality, and Asian American politics.

Education: PhD in Political Science (2018, Stanford University) with distinctions including the Geballe Dissertation Prize and Gerald J. Lieberman Fellowship. Holds an MPhil in Political Thought & Classics from Cambridge University and a B.A. in Political Economy & Classics from UC Berkeley.
