Glenn H. Shepard Jr. is a Visiting Professor in the Department of Anthropology at Princeton University and a specialist in Medical Anthropology. He is currently on leave from the Human Sciences Division at the Goeldi Museum in Belém, Brazil. His interdisciplinary work bridges ethnobotany, medical anthropology, and visual anthropology through over thirty years of fieldwork with indigenous communities, particularly in Amazonia.
