Glen Larson

Glen Larson serves as an Adjunct Professor of Guitar and Faculty Instructor at the Academy of Music, University of Northwestern - St. Paul, teaching Guitar, Class Guitar, and Guitar Ensemble. He holds a Master of Music from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Music from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul.

Larson is an accomplished guitarist and composer with expertise spanning performance, composition, and ensemble instruction. He studied under Jeff Van and James McGuire, participated in master classes with John Holmquist, Turbio Santos, Leo Brouwer, and David Perry, and has performed extensively with various musical groups. His creative output includes compositions performed throughout the Twin Cities area and by the Moody Bible Institute Guitar Ensemble, culminating in his recent compact disc recording "A Crucible of Hope".
