Ginger Berndt, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor of Sociology at McDaniel College specializing in health, reproduction, and embodiment. Her co-authored book Body Art examines tattooing/piercing as underrecognized well-being resources, while personal health experiences inform research on endometriosis stigma and reproductive healthcare access.
