Gina Absalom is a Lecturer in Nutrition at Charles Darwin University's Faculty of Health. An accredited practising dietitian, she holds a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Sciences (Honours), Graduate Certificate in Public Health, and Master of Dietetics.
