Gilbert Greefrath

Prof. Dr. Gilbert Greefrath is a full Professor of Mathematics Education at the Institute for Didactics of Mathematics and Informatics (IDMI), Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Münster, Germany. He has held this position since 2012, following professorial roles at the Universities of Cologne and Karlsruhe.

His research focuses on mathematical modelling, the use of digital tools and media in mathematics education, the transition from school to university, and the development of test and examination tasks.
