Giada Sebastiani

Giada Sebastiani, MD is a Senior Scientist at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (IR-MUHC) and Professor in the Department of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, McGill University. She also holds an affiliation with the Department of Specialized Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology, MUHC. Her research focuses on screening for liver fibrosis and fatty liver disease in at-risk populations through serum biomarkers and Fibroscan technology, with particular attention to HIV-positive patients and metabolic syndrome cases.
